Zero Tolerance Statement
Moder Dy is committed to instilling and supporting a zero-tolerance approach to bullying, harassment, and victimisation across the organisation. Everyone should be treated with respect and dignity, in a culture that is diverse, equitable and inclusive; we will not tolerate any instances of bullying or harassment, victimisation, or discrimination. Any employee, contractor or volunteer who is found to have harassed or bullied a colleague or stakeholder could face disciplinary penalties up to and including dismissal.
Bribery and Corruption Statement
Moder Dy is committed to preventing bribery and corruption and takes a zero-tolerance approach to any activity which could involve breaches of relevant anti-bribery and corruption laws in the UK or abroad. This includes, but is not limited to, the UK Bribery Act 2010.
