Moder Dy is committed to respecting your privacy. The information we collect about you will be used to fulfil the required services we provide and enable us to improve how, as an organisation, we communicate with you.

What type of information do we collect?

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; computer and connection information. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.

We also collect personally identifiable information (including name and email) if you shop with us or sign up for our newsletter so we can send you emails with the information you have provided. We may, in further dealings with you, extend this information to include your address, phone number, services used, workshops attended, dietary requirements and agreements and payment transactions. The information we collect will not be disclosed to anyone outside Moder Dy CIC or its associated partners. We will only ever use the data you give us to contact you with relevant information about our projects, workshops and events.

When you subscribe to our newsletter or shop with us we collect personal information you give us such as your name and email address. Occasionally we will collect this information via paper sign-in forms used for project fieldwork, and at our workshops and events. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

To be able to contact our participants and visitors with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

Moder Dy CIC takes precautions, including administrative, technical, and physical measures, to safeguard your Data against loss, theft, and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

We never share your personal information with third-party services and/or with legal enforcement agencies, according to relevant local regulations.

Personal information is stored on a company laptop fully secured with firewall and malware software and is locked when not in use and password protected.

We may contact you to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email.
